Client Consultation: - Client completes a consultation form in the lobby. Gather forms from the receptionist and escort the client to the treatment room. 2. Preparation: - Instruct the client to use the restroom if needed. - Step out for privacy while the client undresses, leaving the décolleté exposed and removing jewelry. - Wrap the client comfortably in the treatment bed. 3. Skin Analysis: - Conduct a thorough skin analysis while reviewing the consultation form. - Apply steam to open pores and prepare the skin. 4. Cleansing and Exfoliation: - Perform a double cleanse to remove impurities. - Apply an enzyme treatment based on the client’s needs. 5. Galvanic Treatment: - Apply a negatively charged galvanic gel to the skin. - Perform desincrustation to facilitate deep cleansing. - Gently remove the gel. 6. Extractions: - Execute careful extractions to clear clogged pores. 7. Further Treatment: - Apply a positively charged gel to nourish the skin. - Perform iontophoresis to enhance product absorption. - Remove the gel afterward. 8. High Frequency: - Utilize high-frequency technology to kill P. acnes bacteria and promote healing. 9. Mask Application: - Use a customized jelly or clay mask to calm and hydrate the skin. - Perform a relaxing massage during the mask application. 10. Post-Mask Treatment: - Gently remove the mask and provide targeted eye care if necessary. 11. Finish: - Incorporate a lip treatment to hydrate and plump the lips. - Apply a treatment serum, moisturizer, and lip care, finishing with SPF for sun protection. Post-Treatment Instructions: - Advise clients to avoid makeup for several hours. - Suggest refraining from cleansing for at least 24 hours. - Stress the importance of sunscreen and avoiding direct sunlight. - Recommend avoiding activities that may heat the skin (e.g., intense workouts, hot tubs) for 24 hours. <Any appointments paid at the time of booking will not be refunded. PLEASE READ!!! PLEASE ENTER CORRECT PHONE NUMBER-AND EMAIL WHEN BOOKING If I am unable to reach you prior to your appointment it will be CANCELED. < CANCELATION POLICY Masks are not required at this time unless notified (optional) -Cancelations are only accepted if done 72 hours before your appointment. -If you need to cancel your appointment you will be given the option to reschedule within a week. After a week your deposit is non-refundable. -If you cancel more than two times you will not be allowed to book again. -Same day appointments have to be paid in full at the time of booking. Any additional fees will be collected at end of the service. Stylists have a right to refuse performing a service as see fit to preserve the integrity of the clients Hair. Stylist have the right to refuse service if a client hair has been altered from original stylist and cannot be fixed, is irritable and not cooperative. Late FEE Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you will be expected to pay $25 late fee. If you don't show to a scheduled appointment, you will forfeit any deposit paid to hold that appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late for an appointment you will have pay $50 late fee. If you don't show to a scheduled appointment, you will forfeit any deposit paid to hold that appointment. If you are more than15 minutes late for an appointment without notice you will be asked to reschedule and lose your deposit. If you don't show to a scheduled appointment, you will forfeit any deposit paid to hold that appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late for an appointment you will be expected to reschedule. If you don't show to a scheduled appointment, you will be forfeit any deposit paid to hold that appointment.
