PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.PROCESSING TIME IS THE TIME IT TAKES TO MAKE AND PREPARE YOUR ORDER IT DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIMES. PROCESSING TIME CAN BE EXTENDED DUE TO HIGH ORDER VOLUME OR SALES. ONCE AN ORDER HAS PROCESSED YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION VIA EMAIL.DUE TO COVID 19 SHIPPING MAY BE DELAYED.ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 HOURS FOR TRACKING INFORMATION TO UPDATE.ANY ORDER RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT/INVALID ADDRESSES WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE TO BE RESHIPPED.

IF THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED WHEN YOUR ORDER IS PLACED IS INCORRECT, WE WILL REACH OUT TO YOU VIA EMAIL AND A PHONE-CALL FOR ADDRESS VERIFICATION. IF A RESPONSE IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED.

ONCE AN ORDER IS CANCELED A NEW ORDER WILL HAVE TO BE PLACED WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS.

In the event that a product arrives damaged or missing, the customer must contact Nue Image Beauty Shop Customer Service via email within 48 hours of receipt of a delivered order. Customers must include photos of the reported issue and a screenshot of their order confirmation email. If the order is delivered to an incorrect address or determined to be missing the customer must file a claim with USPS Once a claim is filed, USPS will notify our company if they are able to locate the missing package. Oftentimes USPS is able to locate a package that is missing or delivered to a wrong address. In the event that USPS isn't able to locate the missing order, Nue Image Beauty Shop will reship the order at no cost to the customer. 

We must be notified within 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF DELIVERY IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH AN ORDER.
